
Showcase your products and services to Alaska's credit union leaders at the 2023 ACUL Conference
If you are flying in from Anchorage we encourage you to arrive in Ketchikan on Wednesday May 17 due to Alaska Airlines flight schedules.
Exhibition Hall Vendor Information
The Exhibition Hall will be adjacent and open to the main conference room at Ted Ferry Civic Center. Vendor attendees are welcome to sit in the main conference room during conference sessions and participate in the program.
Exhibition Hall will be open/available from 7:30am on May 19 to 12:30pm on May 20
Vendor Setup will be on May 18th from 9AM - 5pm Thursday May 18th at the Ted Ferry Civic Center.
Each vendor will have one six foot classroom style table to display information. Vendors are welcome to bring stand up banners and signs to place around your table.
Exhibition Hall tear down must happen between 12:30PM and 5PM on Saturday May 20th.
Vendors can mail booth materials to the Ted Ferry Civic Center anytime before the event. Please be sure to label your boxes with your company name and "ACUL Conference". Be sure to ship your materials at least 10 days before the event. Mail to Alaska can take longer than expected.

Tables are available in the exhibition hall for vendors to share information about their services with attendees.

The exhibition hall is located close proximity to the main conference room to ensure maximum exposure for exhibitors.

Includes event registration for one person and a table a for the duration of the conference.

Additional vendor attendees from a company, or vendors who would like to attend but don't need a table, can register for $895.

Event registration includes access to all conference sessions, meals, and evening activities. Pre-conference luncheons are not included in the registration fee.
